Mythweb broken since perl upgrade (. not in path anymore)

Hello!

The package mythweb in unstable is broken since the last perl update. For
security reason „.” is not part of the INC path anymore.

For now you have to edit „/etc/perl/sitecustomize.pl” and comment the
line ”pop @INC if $INC[-1] eq '.' and !$ENV{PERL_USE_UNSAFE_INC};”.
