Yes, this bug was related to GCC bug 884327 :
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=887327
and fixed after a libc6 rebuild with the fixed GCC.
For me acroread was still crashing with fixed libc6 2.26-5
