xbmc 12.1-dmo3

Hi there!

Latest xbmc update (12.1-dmo2 -> 12.1-dmo3) additionally depends on 2
new packages: policykit-1 and udisks-glue. I would really like them to
be optional, because it also installs dbus and tons of it's libraries.
