mythtv package with multi-arch support

Hi,

I've uploaded 29+fixes20170927.gited4356116a-dmo3 to experimental for
amd64 and i386 arches only.

Only experimental from my repository is needed.

vlc 3.0~git20170910.git2a210f48d3-dmo1 is also in experimental.

The goal is to have these multi-arch packages in unstable, so please
report problems, if any.
