Subject: kodi 19.1 and ffmpeg 4.4 is not yet supported

I've updated my Debian Testing system a couple days ago. Yesterday I
noticed that the E-AC3 transcoding doesn't work anymore (no sound).
After some research [1][2] I found out, that Kodi 19.1 is not yet
compatible with ffmpeg 4.4.
The packages I've upgraded and which are ffmpeg related (AFAIK):
2021-07-01 20:12:13 upgrade libavutil56:amd64 10:4.3.2-dmo6 10:4.4-dmo3
2021-07-01 20:12:27 upgrade libswresample3:amd64 10:4.3.2-dmo6 10:4.4-dmo3
2021-07-01 20:12:52 upgrade libavcodec58:amd64 10:4.3.2-dmo6 10:4.4-dmo3
2021-07-01 20:13:13 upgrade libavformat58:amd64 10:4.3.2-dmo6 10:4.4-dmo3
2021-07-01 20:13:22 upgrade libavresample4:amd64 10:4.3.2-dmo6 10:4.4-dmo3
2021-07-01 20:13:29 upgrade libpostproc55:amd64 10:4.3.2-dmo6 10:4.4-dmo3
2021-07-01 20:13:39 upgrade librubberband2:amd64 1.9.1-dmo2 1.9.2-dmo1
2021-07-01 20:13:46 upgrade libswscale5:amd64 10:4.3.2-dmo6 10:4.4-dmo3
2021-07-01 20:13:52 upgrade libavfilter7:amd64 10:4.3.2-dmo6 10:4.4-dmo3

After the upgrade I couldn't go back to the 4.3.2 version packages,
because they are no longer available in the repository. I had to
remove the kodi and library packages, download the debian packages
from your website (e.g. libavcodec58_4.3.2-dmo0~bpo10+5_amd64.deb) and
had to install the packages manually from the disk. This fixed the
problem temporarily.

Furthermore, I think the dependencies are not correct, e.g.:
kodi Depends libavfilter7 (>= 10:4.3.2)

IMHO, this should be "= 10:4.3.2" and not ">=", because ffmpeg 4.4 is
not compatible with kodi 19.1 right now. Maybe this was never an issue
in the past, but it seems to me that a support for ffmpeg version 4.4
is far away and will not be supported from kodi before version 20.

What do you think about this? Is there a possibility to change the
dependencies for the kodi package or are there alternatives?

Many thanks!

Best regards
