Yes, the backend and frontend should depends on mythlogserver. Fixed.

In that case, it is how Debian manage files in /etc Modified files in
/etc must not be removed. Otherwise there is a bug in mythtv-backend who
still ship /etc/rsyslog.d/mythtv-backend.conf

Fixed.
